Headlight Gaps

Ok, so I took my headlights apart this weekend and painted the housing, and they turned out great! (pics tomorrow). But, i noticed when i put them back in the car that there were gaps. On the passenger side headlight there is a gap between the top of the light and where the hood comes down, and on the driver side there is a gap between the bottom outside corner of the light and the front part of the quarter panel. Any ideas on how i can hide that?

You can kinda control the gap a bit... It really depends on how you put the lights back in. I noticed this myself, when I put mine back in, one had gap at the top, the other at the bottom.

I examined it, and in the end decided that gap on the bottom is a lot harder to notice if you aren't looking for it. So, just be slow careful when you are bolting them back up. I had to prop it up with something between the bumper and it to make it lift up correctly.

Also, you may have to realign the bubls, depending on how they were mounted in the car in the first place.
