Headlight help?

Alright guys i painted my headlight housing about 6 months ago and havnt had any leaks or major problems. first time my left headlight had a lil bit of condensation were the lense was fogging up but i took a hair dryer to it and havnt had a problem since. Now the other day I ran my car through a car wash and my right side headlight got a very small amount water into it, I assumed the seal broke, so i took it apart and resealed it, everything went good now 2 days later (which is today) i walk out to my car and its fogged up a lil at the bottom of the headlight, so i added some more sealant and it was fine for like 6 hours now and its starting again. I think its cracked somewhere or could there be a heat difference in the headlight which is causing it to fog up since its cold outside. IDK what else to do! any ideas?

There still could be water in the one. When the seal in one of my headlights went bad, I would have condensation in the morning, and then later in the day it would look completely fine. It went on like that for about 2 months and eventually I think it all dried out since it hasn't done it since(like 4 months ago). If it's still doing it in a few days, I would take them apart completely, dry them real good, then seal them up REAL good.
