Yea just turn the switch down to off. It turns off the lights and says Auto Lights Off on the DIC.

That just turns off the running lights during the day.
They still come on at night. I have my running light fuse pulled.

Turning the knob to off only works on US cars, not Canadian ones.

If the street is lit enough to see while racing, it's lit enough for cops to see you actually racing. Just leave your lights on if you're going to street race, at least you will see better thus reducing the chance of a street racing accident and giving anyone who drives a 4 banger a bad rap.

Not to mention, if I was a police officer and I heard engines revving but saw no lights, I'd be more suspicious and assume people were racing more-so than if I saw lights. Holy crap lol... come on people.

STOP DRIVING AROUND AT NIGHT WITH NO DAMN LIGHTS ON!

/rant.
