Headlight rubber diaphragm/flapper

I would like to know where you can get the rubber diaphragm/flapper, or little thing that is covering the hole in the top of the oem headlight? that prevents water getting in but lets vapor out of the headlight.
and what is the correct name? and where i can find them?
im trying to find new one to put it, because i re do my headlights and the old ones dont stick anymore.
im about to use a breathable band-aid..

thank you,
