i just bought ccfl headlights and installed them. its snowing outside and i parked my car in the garage. came back a few hours later and noticed a little bit of fog on the bottom of my headlights. is that cuz of the weather or cuz water is getting inside of them?

Its called moisture getting into some leak in your seal. Either re-seal it or live with it. That's what you get with ALL of these after market chinease crap.
