Headlights

Ok so we all know that the 1st gen halo's, for the most part, have an issue where they start to peel or lose their clear coat. Some people have replaced the lens with the stock headlight lens, but I do not feel like doing that.

What are your experiences with lens fixing kits?

Would one of these kits fix the problem?

that doesnt answer his question...

bump im curious also.. i thought about some paint thinner diluted in a little water.. but i am kinda concerned about the lenses cracking. i accidentally got a little gas on my old projectors (gen 2) and they cracked all to hell.

just trying to say it only way to go if you want high quality projectors that are not going go bad.

Try the Repair kit its better then trying replacing the lens with stock lens and ******* it up..if you don't **** it up, then stock lens is better way to go!

yeah I see what your saying.

I thought the lens kits are for like scratches and blurryness......lol.

thats why I am concerned about using a kit, otherwise I would have tried already.
