I found these and I can get red halos and leds. If I'm just driving with the regular lights on will the leds be on? The cops would definately pull me over where I'm from if they are on and red.

lol. just saying, I personally hate the aftermarket halo's and such these kids are slapping on their balts. I feel like they're just getting them to add another mod to their sig. but hey if you like them, go for it.
