249? I found em for 211 plus shipping.

Cobalt Addiction was supposed to start carrying them last month, but no go on it.

It all depends on what type of headlights you want. Theres the Halo Projectors you've found and theres also a few HID plug n play kits. Both cost around 200 to 240 depending who you buy from

I've never heard of any legal issues with halo lights. you should be good to go if that's what you want.

Who knows... they were supposed to have them back in March/April. That didn't happen. Then it was pushed back... and pushed back. I think they're bluffing.

And I think everyone missed the point of this thread... the guy already found the halo lights that we've seen all over ebay. He just wants to know if they are legal.

To answer that question, I was under the impression that they were legal, but I could be wrong. Your best bet is to contact a seller to find out if they are approved for on-road use, or recommended for off-road (show) only. You could also maybe try contacting someone on the forums who has bought them. They can tell you if any information on the legality of the lights came with them in the packaging... or if there are any DOT stickers are on the housing.

I know here in PA, Police won't bother you for that. At most, they'll use them as an excuse to pull you over for something more pressing (ie. if they think you might be DUI).... that is, of course, provided you installed them correctly and have them aimed properly so as not to blind oncoming traffic.

technically they're not legal but only for the reason that the LEDS on them are blue.
