Headlights - Nightshade

Well I'm on a quest to make a complete blackout. I'm debadging the whole car except front Chevy symbol. Tint on the windows. Tinted tails and rear side markers. Going to do my headlights, but I don't want it all tinted so I don't get harrassed by cops and I want to be unique but I got stuck with two designs. One more towards Acura, Tiburon style. And the other is just unique but also odd.

I'm leaning towards the circle design(right headlight from inside vehicle). Oh yeah I did the designs in like 5 minutes. The real product I'll take a day if I have to.

rofl that second one isn't a unique design. Look at over half the headlights on this site...

in a word - just brutal.

dont do this there is great how to do headlight painting inside on this forum and that looks somewhat great. far better than these ideas and more safe too. you need to see where your driving. Please do not interfere with the overall function of your lights.

I haven't seen any LENS painted like that, but yeah the black housing headlights yes I do see them.

Really don't want to crack open the stockers to paint the housing. Guess I'll get those aftermarket ones if I can convince myself to spend that money on a cosmetic upgrade. Until then guess headlights staying stock.

However technical you want to get, it is still not a unique design. And painting the exterior lens would deem you headlights non-dot certified so do as you please.

they're about 250 + shipping on ebay. they use the stock wiring, plus 3 other lights you have to wire up (which is pretty simple) so its no doubt they are brighter. I like how the light up the road better than stock

You know that turned out pretty good and it doesnt look like your lighting would really be affected. good job to get by.

Oh thank god. I wondered about that. mine are on order from Zonkspeed, what ever that is. Cobalt Addiction is three weeks away from carrying these. I would have rather tried to buy from them. buy I needed them now. How long did it take for delivery?
