what can i use to seal them back up and i know that you can use the oven to break the seal but idk if the oven would damage the halo rings or n e thing inside the projectors

My car has the same problem, it's the driver side headlight..and the other week I noticed another Cobalt that did the same thing. Maybe it's a Cobalt thing, Anyways, I'm pretty sure it's just a whole or something that moisture is getting through. I would probably just seal it back up or patch it up with some sealant. Maybe use a hairdryer I guess to break the seal??

Hmm, the aftermarket headlights I ordered a few days ago looks just like yours. I hope mine doesn't have the same problem...
