Are you talking about the bulbs or the halo ring?

The higher the Color temp, the more purple the light gets. 12,000K should be purple.

Anyways, you will lose light output when you get into that higher color temp range. 4300K (White) has the best lumen output while the 12,000K+ has the least.

idk why ppl do this. lights are made to help visibility. go with 8000k. will be blue enough and give you decent output. i prefer 6000k. hint of blue and white.

to get a blue or purple color you have to go with hids. i think luminics sells those colors but for their price on them i would get hids

You can find cheap HID kits on ebay but 3BSpec is the best dealer around for conversion kits. You're going to want 12,000K. Don't worry about the light output I hear it's fine.

X2 4300k is 4x the light output of stock light. 12000k is 2x the light output. So it's still stronger than oem light.
