Hey guys,

So this past weekend was my 21st birthday... Awesome time... However, some random person thought it would be a good idea to jump on my hood. Legitimately looks like a massive person decided to sit on my hood and put a huge dent in it... My insurance refuses to cover it... So... my question is...

Should I just get the hood fixed? OR... Go with a Carbon Fiber Hood/Trunk combo? I have an 06 SS, Victory Red btw... HELP ME DECIDE

I already talked to extreme dimensions about a hood/trunk combo. Really good deal. If I get a CF Hood, I want the CF trunk too

That is sexy as ****, did you get yours from Extreme Dimension? And how does the hood and trunk fit? I heard of leaking issues with the trunk

 

yup i had a VIS trunk sold it and got extreme dimensions trunk and hood and they both fit great i track my car so i added hood latches

and yea the trunk does leak u gotta seal the third brake light and reverse lights up pretty good

but its not a big issue i only get water in my trunk after it rains and i lift my trunk up it doesnt actually get into my trunk area...

 

hey mike wut do u seal it with, just silicone caulk? and i love that california race vehicle decal u have. lol

 

black silicone or that 3m tape/foam stuff
