I put back the stock radio trim thought it would be pretty obvious....

get black interior if you can, looks much better when you add other colors

on a serious note, if you really like it, keep it. but you can't expect everybody to like what you do to your car. Your going to have haters, and you need to realize that.

i think its cool man.... a little over done but still cool. i like the design on the trim and that momo handbrake is sweet. i want one too, did it install without any problems for fitment?

i would take out the diamond floor mats.... and u need a nice MOMO shifter to go with that handbrake cuz the stock shifter is really cheap looking. i have to base model, therefore the rubber black ball... and i prefer it over yours lol. my friend has urs and when he slammed it into 3rd the top have broke off.... cheap. but momo ftw

seriously put the other back cuz it's better to have one ugly design than mix and matching. i don't really like the lightning trim but its not unbearable. and quit doing things because other ppl tell you to. your never gonna satisfy all of css cuz everyone has their own styles. as should you. so quit doing what other ppl tell you and suck up the bad criticism. that is all.

and how much would that cost like 1000 bucks? Considering I'd have to obviously order from the dealer since I don't know any one else with a cobalt. I think I'll go put the trim piece back. But if anyone on here would like to trade interiors let me know.

No not really, just take a dremel and file off the lip on the end (end of the handle not the button!! LOL) you'll know what lip i'm talking about when the button doesn't come fully thru the hole. You'll figure it out. Other then that it fits fine once you do that

meh that'll just give the dealer an excuse to void warranty on my tranny. Maybe when my warranty wears out, I'll get a short shifter.

One thing that would look nice is if the shift boot had black or white stiching in it.
