Go to ddmtuning.com. They have them for sale for $10 a pair. As long as you already have the ballasts you're good to go. If not, just buy a kit from them

That's the how to: for foglights. The ballast are included in the kits that the guys have posted. They are the square boxes.

I'm sure the 35w will last a bit longer but who knows. I ran a 50w kit for over a year & no problems.
The 35w will keep the color of the bulb temp you get. 55w washes out about 2-3k worth of color & makes it more white, depending on what color temp you buy.
