color is all preference.

ddm tuning

level is mostly personal preference but the more blue/purple they are they less you are going to be able to see. 4300k is stock on most cars. I have 5000k (about as close to pure white as possible on the ddm scale) and I love them.

personally i dont recommend vvme i have ran threw 3 sets of there ballasts they junk thats in the last year every time i drive car in the rain..... ***** the ballasts so i wont be buying from them again.... just a warning if u drive ur car in rain dont buy the vvme

TRUE!! I only have the 6k headlights and people want nothing to do with being in front of you! try the HID group buy link that keeps popping up on here, buddy just got fogs for i think $59 or $79, guess they are having some good deals

i've had mine for 3 or 4 months and never had a problem. and yes, i drive in the rain.

stock headlight bulb size is 9007, and the fog lights are h11.

I have 5000k at 35w in my retrofits and they are amazing, but I'm gonna go to 55w soon. My friend has 6000k in his Camry and they are only a little blue in color, which still look good and put out a fair bit of light, but are not my cup of tea...

Our 6,000k's are PURE white. Once you hit 8,000k they turn bluish and get more blue as you go up in Kelvin.

ya i'm not sure why it's like that. it's been that way since i set up my account. i can't figure out how to switch it back. lol but thanks for the info, i'll be getting some as soon as i get some money.

i dont comment on this anymore b/c we have good HID vendors on here, but the kind I use arent on here, but i still support the cobalt guys and want them to get the forum business since we all need to make a living
