HID's

Ok, I know there are tons of threads about this but here it goes anyways. I'm looking to get a set of HID's for my car and have some questions:

1 - Do i need any special relay/harness for the HID's to work with my car?
2 - What about the auto lights/drl's etc.?
3 - What's the best kit for this car? my last kit was DDM ballasts and VVME bulbs and it worked great so I may just do that again.

4 - Is there a writeup on getting the headlight housings out?

1. The bulb size is 9007, and a relay harness is recommended but not needed, me personally i do not have one.
2. If your a 07+ you need to remove your DRL fuse.
3. BuyHIDs.com thats were I got mine and I love them.
4. Just search in the DIY's.

If you can try and get the slim ballasts. They are quite helpful.
I got the slims and on my car I could tuck everything underneath the black headlight braket for a nice clean install. Its not necessary but it frees up some space for other stuff to put in your car. ie(grounding kit, oil catch can, meth injection kit)

I actually realized that the HID kit i had on my last vehicle was 9007 also, so i installed them on the Cobalt and they work great and all, but whenever the lights are turned on, my FM radio stations are REALLY REALLY fuzzy sometimes almost not even there, the radio wont find any stations.... why is this? and how can I fix it?

Interference caused by cheap unprotected ballasts. If there are on a harness try changing the ground, but I dont see it doing much.

They are DDM Ballasts and VVME Bulbs, and I am not using a relay harness. I just ordered a set from VVME last night so hopefully having all the same equipment may help, or i guess maybe i'll have to get a relay harness - yes?
