High wing insert...

How do i get it out for one?

Do i have to take the whole wing off to get the center piece out??

i think u take off the end caps and theres bolts in there

yup and the end caps are held on with doubled sided tape becareful because there are 2 prongs that hold the end caps in place along with the double sided tape

so do you unscrew the bolts then and the middle piece come right out? or do you have to take the whole thing off to get the middle piece out then?

does anyone know where the clips are located?

all the clips are a two little things that hold the end caps you shouldnt break them long as your careful

ah ok thanks....

so middle piece then just comes out after taking the screws off?

yup they are stars i believe or allen keys aint sure forgot but yeah and there is some double sided tape on the center part but comes off easy after the screws are out
