Lightbulb hood scoop?

so i was kinda day dreaming one day and it struck me...hood scoop...similar to the srt4. in my mind it looked cool so tell me if im thinking like an idiot or if it would cool and possibly has been done before

im not a big fan of a hood scoop on the cobalts. they way i think of having a hood scoop is either
A. your subaru wrx/sti...
B. your a SRT-4
or
C. you like to be made fun of

and yes it has been done before...research

here's mine... the god thing about it is that it's fully functional for the SC or N/A (intaje leads to the filter)

yes sir, that was a photoshopped pic, i can take pics of the real thing, also had front plate shaved and filled.

mine has the ducting under the hood as well, its not functional for the SC tho, our intakes are in the front bumper

Metallic, the rear vents will still remove some heat from that Heaton (assuming they're functional which i believe they are).

it depends on the intake you have. could modify it or get a short ram and it would be functional

all ss/sc intakes go into the bumper. and if you modified it to have a short ram you would get a hella load of heat from the eaton and loose power.

before i got this hood that was the two i was debating as well or the one paul had that looks like the 03-05 cobras ( heat extractor )
i ended up finding this for sale for 300$ an hour away and couldnt pass it up
