Hoods

I'm sure that a lot of you have seen my previous post about hoods for the Cobalt (http://www.***************/forums/ch...your-help.html). Well, a couple of friends and I went through the website and picked out 9 designs that we liked. I am now going to open up a poll for the eight designs and let everyone vote on them. I was unfortunately not able to download pics off of the website, so I posted a link to each hood. Just let me know what you guys think and which ones that you like the best and we can hopefully get it made. I am also working with them on getting a group buy together for the ppl that are seriously interested in getting the hood. Here you guys go.

1.EVO 7 hood EVO7 Conversion Hood [H651(CF)] - $539.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

2.CSCO hood. I was thinking this one without the spot for the scoop in the middle. CSCO w OEM Scoope Hood [H653(Carbon)] - $539.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

3.M1 DC2 hood M1 DC2 Hood | EF8 [HM14F] - $269.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

4.JN JZ80 hood JN JZA80 Flared Hood [H246] - $299.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

5.VS hood VS Hood | EF [88CV2-VS010(CF)] - $539.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

6.TD hood TD 3000GT Hood | JZA80 [H3000(CF)] - $599.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

7.MUGN hood Mugn DC2 Hood | EF8 [HM14(CF)] - $539.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

8.CONCLUSION hood Conclusion Fiberglass Hood | JZA80 [H5000] - $359.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

9.C1Z hood C1 Z Style Hood [2000CEL-Z3010(CF)] - $539.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC

Hopefully we can get everyone together to agree on one hood design.

wouldnt the heat extracter style hoods be more usefull for our cars than the rk style hood scoops..or do they not actually pull heat from the bay....plus the extracters look better i think...

I can bring up the idea of an OEM one to the company, but I think they were wanting to make something different.

the main hood that is being voted on #3 is sim. 2 the vis invader hood..........and if they made it for our car it would look alot like it........due 2 the fact that our s/c is in the way of the hood dipping in like it should...........but a good clean vented hood would be nice........not ss.......imo
