How do you remove eyelids?

I bought some headlight that already had eyelids on them awhile back and now I'd like to remove them. Does anyone know how to take eyelids off?

I didn't think of that. I even have a can. I'll have to look and see if it will harm the finish in the headlight housings.

it wont, I have removed spray paint off a customers brand new car with it and tint of tail lights, no harm.
