How is this done?

Bear with me, is the blue paneling painted? Or are they different pieces entirely? I'd like to do this in yellow, but i'm not really sure where to start.

ask him what color he used to match it to the gauge face cause im gonna do that same exact thing

Awesome, thanks guys. Sand them down, prime, paint and then clear coat I assume?

That looks wicked with the gauges. And the USB connect for the screen is in a sick place as well. very nice interior
