^ THIS. thats brians balt and im not sure exactly how he did it, but stencil and spray paint is the only way I know of.

and no it wont hurt. same thing thats on hahns intercooler and zzps h/e and intercoolers.

so im guessing the only way to have stuff on your intercooler is to pain it on.

holy christ its the first thing i noticed and that always bugs the **** outta me when people do that LMAO! thank you.

And yes it actually does effect the intercooling. paint will slightly decrese the efficiency of the intercooler by putting up a small barrier between the metal and the air. If ur gonna paint it the smallest amount of paint the better, in this case he painted most of the intercooler and left a small part untouched. so this is the inefficient way to paint an intercooler lmao. how much of a difference im not sure, probobly just a minimal amount

And take a piece of coardboard, write what you want on it, cut it out of the cardboard with a razor blade. put the cardboard on ur intercooler face, give it a quick sprits with spray paint. done. In the OP it seems he cut out the letters, put the letters on the intercooler, sprayed the whole intercooler and removed the letter.

lol to be honest idk what i wanna put yet. i just thought the SS looked sick.
i kinda wanna do SS on it but i dont wanna take his idea. although if i paint the SS the actuall way it is supposed to be i guess it techniclly isnt stealing his idea haha.
