Are you looking for HIDs? Or regular Halogen bulbs?

Well if you dont know anything about HIDs then Click on the link above it will give you the differences between both halogens and HIDs. Are you only missing the harness and bulbs??

Ehh most of the bulb/lighting vendors on here sell mainly HID's. not too sure if they have halogens. They might. Just type in your search engine or search on here.

You can try the for sale thread on here. If i may ask why dont you already have the harnesses with the car? Try these out: Nokya Heavy Duty Fog Light Harnesses 05 08 Chevy Cobalt H11
or
H11 FOG LIGHT WIRE HARNESS FOR 2005-2010 CHEVY COBALT on eBay!

Long story short, In a hurry, pulled over a chain blocking people from being in their driveway, thought it was just a rope, reversed it, ripped the whole bumper completely off, pulling out both harnesses and couldn't tell ya where the bulbs are...

EDIT: Are these long enough?... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H11-F...ht_1869wt_1164

talk to your local dealer and see if they can do anything for you harness wise. Mkulrey should have h11 bulbs and he can probably build you a harness.
