Installed black projectors

Installed last night, didn't have camera, will take night shots tonight.

\\edit-Night pics!
(Sorry they may not be what you expect, it's hard for me to get a good picture without the glare as you'll see in one of the pics).

(The glare, if someone has a tip of how to eliminate it ill retake the picture)

Yeah I love them.
The little LEDs are white enough to be considered blue, the halos..well they're cool too, lol.
The projection line on my garage is off, and at night they seem to point at the ground right infront of me, so i'll need to adjust them however that is.
The brights are extreamly bright, I love the look of the headlights in the day, and at night, so in my opinion it was a great upgrade.

(I had some aftermarket bulbs in my headlights before so couldn't really notice difference in normal and brights.)

I just went with the cheapest "buy it now" price on ebay.

get your car 15 ft back form a closed garage door or a wall thats perpendicular to the ground ... |_ ----[cobalt] like that... there are 3 screws behind each bulb.... do your lows first... then highs. I just unscrewed my headlights made a line on the wall with chalk and then pulled a headlight messed with the screws in back and set it back in until it hit the line, then the other.... then turn on the brights and do it

I'm not really sure, on ebay, everybody just slaps their own name on them. I think cobalt-addiction will be selling them soon and is in contact with whoever makes them.
Maybe B4dg1rl knows.

Looks good man. I have a question about your front emblem though.

Is that just vinyl behind the SS emblem? I did mine but I just left the holes visible,, just curious what others had done

How do they compare to the stock lights when it comes to night lighting?

Its alot better than my lights I had on before. Some kind of aftermarket bulbs to give a blue look. Got them free since I messed up my E-brake trying to get some aftermarket handle to fit, which was "made for the cobalt SS"

They're still not adjusted so it points to the ground, but I could tell a Huge difference between what I had before, and these. (which was another benifit to me).

And yes, that's black vinyl, I just went to a local shop and ordered 1'x2' piece of it and placed the bowtie on it, traced, and cut it out.

dont use the flash and use the manual mode to adjust the shutter so your getting -1.0 on your exposure. put it on a tripod then take the pic and your done. set the shutter to even faster speeds so that you get even less than a -3.0 and you get get the lights without having them over bright

edit: didnt even see the ones you posted. they look good man I dunno how much better you want em but they look great

I think it was $314 after shipping. UPS ground from california to FL.
Yeah, the lights come how you see them there, the projection line is cut clean but non-adjusted, I got around to raising the light up so I can see further infront of me, but they're still not too even, so I didn't take any pics against a wall or garage.

I heard the HIDs are "not reccomended", but I heard because they never tested it, so they don't want to be at fault if something happens.

If nobody else tries before I get some extra money to "throw away" if something screws up, I'll try it out.
