well if you're going to go through the fuse box you need an "add-a-circut" can get these at any car store like advance or autozone. The next question is when do you want them to light up? with the headlights or do you want to turn them on whenever? this will determine the slot in the fuse box and/or the application of a switch. hope this helps.

you got it.... it plugs in just like a fuse, then it has two slots for fuses (the existing one and then one for whatever you're running) from the second slot it has wires for you to connect for power... all you need to do is find a ground and your good to go.

it prob would work but depending on the relay, the wiring could be a little tricky... not sure tho

ok i went and talked to the guy were i purchased the Leds...he said i could hook it up directly to the fuse box so i opened it up and now i dont know were to put the wires, i attach it to the harness below all the fuses correct?

for instance, i want to hook it up to the light cluster circuit, the guy were i bought the led said i could hook it up into one directly and the splitter is not neccesary, so were do i put the wire? in the harness below it? If you cant understand this just ask for a picture if that will help ill try to have one up late tonight

you "could" strip a part of the positive wire and "wrap" it around one prong of the fuse and put the fuse back in and ground the black wire

This works BUT keep in mind this isnt the SAFEST method

just buy a on/off switch and tap power and ground from the cigarette lighter. this is the simplest way...install of everything only took me 45 minutes

IMO the add-a circut is the easiest and safest way to tap the fuse box if you can get one... good luck with the mod

it blew the actually bulb. the fuse was fine. i think the problem was he was giving too much power to the bulbs and they couldnt handle it. what i'd do is hook it to a on/off switch. im hooking mine up sunday. if yours arn't dont before then i'll let you know what i did. maybe it'll help
