interior removal

Anyone know how to get the piece under the steering wheel that has the button for the trunk release off, and the two pieces under the door on the inside that you step over to get in the car? I tried pulling but don't really want to break it.

The door sill trim and the knee bolster cover both just pull off. its gonna sound and feel like youre breaking them.

Just gotta pull like a mother ******. And for the side trim pieces by the door, try to pull closer to one of the clips to avoid cracking them.
