Here are some pics of the dash trim



Clear coat applied this morning


Blue 12volt LEDs are on order, I'll post more pictures soon

Yep I'll be soldering 3mm 12 volt blue LED'S right onto the posts. As in switches you mean window switches?

dash pieces look nice. seems like u went from red to grey and back to red?

Lol I havent thought of the colors together yet... oh well I'll find out lol. And the gray is primer, we do **** by the book round herrr

yeah... i mean props for being different but really... i just can't see it looking too good i'd go with bright white leds myself

I had it all taken apart for blue to match my gauge cluster and interior LEDS and exterior LEDS but then I got bored so the painting was not planned. Maybe I should have left it black lol

What seats do you have?

get the blue/black sc seats and maybe itll work... or one blue/black and the other red/black

better pics of the trim pieces? did you cut and buff the clear? in the pics it looks like one super thick runny coat. my car is black and i plan on eventually doing a candy orange on the trim when i get ahead on bills .....i think it will look nice, although most people shun it cause they say it reminds them of halloween. i had orange el wire on the door panels that circled the vinyl inserts, but eventually the wire got all f***ed up somehow. now looks like sh**!

I haven't done anything since I sprayed the clear coat. I just havent had time to get back out there

Nah... if you have soldering knowlage its pretty easy. Taking everything apart isnt hard either

I would have done multi coats on the trim pieces with wet sanding in between coats especially on the door handle parts! Then done multi coats of clear. Not a big fan of led's or appearance mods but looks good man and props to you on doing it yourself!
