Yea I figured it would prolly take a couple times to get one that I actually like and can live with, I think Im going to go with black vinyl, cuz I have a black base and I think itll blend better than carbon fiber, yours still looks sweet on yours though.....I think Ill prolly end up ordering a sheet or something within the next month once I get back and settles into school, and when I get bored from homework Ill have a little art project to do But thanks again and Ill let you know how it comes out hopefully some pics too!

its easy, string, fishing wire, even finger if badges have been in sun all day like mine, i just kinda ripped them off, then used a cleaner wax to get little bit of glue left over...done, its pretty easy

Thumbs up

johnkb8, if you ever want to sell it I'd love to buy it--your SS is what my LS dreams of becoming!

You did a beautiful job on it, very clean and not 'rice'! I'm a fan!

I thought advance/discount auto carried it, but nice job on the trunk, I agree with you on the cluttering of the emblems, I took mine off looks 10x better, according to other people as well!

they wont flake off, you gotta prep them, and use primer first, and a few coats of paint, turn out just fine, i didnt know what to do with the chrome trim either, i ended up painting the so i didnt have to tape them off, looks just fine to me, good luck if you try it out

just used the nissan body color paint for the blue part, i found the gunmetal color from the RH J8 rims i had to match on the reflector strip, and flat black on the inside. used painters tape to mask it, then a gray 3M scuff pad, then a dark red one. after that we used a red etch primer then regular primer then the paint.
