See, i don't think i'd put a SS wing on my car, cause even my stock wing on there now takes away from my view in the rear.

whats even better is that UPS has my Eibach Sportlines sitting in my city for ME!
Cant wait to get those on. I saw Shortbus Yellow Cobalt done this way and then I knew I was on the right track. I saw two other cars without wings but not lowered. I was already in the process of getting it all done, still wondering whether it will look the way I think it will and then I found SHORTBUS....LOL.....

Saw another COBALT SS/SC owner tonite and he loved it. he wants to do it as he is sick of the wing as well. You know its not that it looks bad. Its just annoying. I dont get ironing board jokes anymore. people just didnt take it seriously. either way I certainly enjoy driving it more now.

I dont like alot of body kits and apparently this guy didnt either. He did a great job in coming up with something that flows together. let me know what you think of this car.

I'm really tempted to join, but I want don't want the holes in my trunk...so if I do go for it, I'm gonna order a new trunk and have it painted. Then store the original so that I can go back to stock, especially when I go to sell it. Brats with money like the big spoilers.

I'm thinking of personally swapping with someone for a 2.4 spoiler/trunk.

I'm not sold on the wingless look yet. Maybe I hve to see it in person to get a good feel for it.

huh....maybe I need to see it in person but got to say the wingless look is not doing it for me. Even though it is hard to see anything, I still think it kinda defines the ss s/c

That's a major improvement over the stock look...isn't that the point of the SS, to attract attention via large wheels, red paint, noisy blower, and giant rear wing...? With the exception of the blower, none of those things offer much functionality...18's are too large for a car that size, red paint attracts cops, and the wing has the ready to street race look.

I am gonna put the SS wing on my car and keep the LS body on it. WHY YOU ASK? Because i like the look of the SS wing. To each is own. Another member saw my car in person and said Do what you LIKE its not about everyone else. Yes ill mod it yes ill take it to bandamere. But i also like a little personality in vehicles that shows MY PERSONALITY. Do what you like!

I think the SS S/C looks sleek, mean and less like a toy w/o the spoiler.

i think LS owners like the wing more than SS guys do...maybe they should switch the spoilers from the factory.
