I was curious if the SS came with keyless entry or not? If it does can someone explain the remote and possibly post an image of it.

 

All Cobalts from the LS trim level and up have keyless remote standard. It has four buttons: lock, unlock (press twice to unlock all doors), trunk release, and the panic alarm.

You can configure it further using the Driver Info Centre buttons as to whether the horn sounds or not or which doors to open.
