its an over lay protective film. lots of people uses these on there bumpers to protect from paint chips, i guess they got the idea to lets tint and color it and sell it as kits, i think it would go on smooth with the proper solution and tools and heat gun/hair dryer.

i dont have pics of my old cars, the install is easy just like a decal, spray some water andlay the cover on and smooth it out slowly, it is very plyable.

It will not work on the fogs on you cobalt unless you glyue, mine came right off because the curve was way to much since they are projectors.

I do not have it on my head and tail lights of my cobalt so I dont have pics

the stuff looks amazing though, gives it that extra pop, the yellow is perfect for the fogs and the tint or blue makes the hea dlights stand out and give the beam that extra pop too

I didn't have any problems with mine. I have Gt Yellow ones on my car. I did it on a hot day in the sun with a spray bottle of water. I stretched it out first before applying. No bubbles. .5 hours tops.

i have a yellow ls and bought the yellow headlight kit a year and a half ago. theyve been on and holding since, prolly saved me a broken headlamp via highway rock as well. the kit doesnt really come perfectly, u will have to trim a lil bit, but with a hairdryer, spraybottle and squeege its not that bad to put on. u can seea crappy pic in like the third or fourth one down, but they look much better during daytime. . .

It is a pain to get all the bubbles out, but if you take your time it will turn out great. I have it on my HHR.

Smoke on front lights, and charcoal on back.

I ordered the smoke....and yes it is lighter than I thought it was. the Charcoal is dark, but can be easily seen at night.

I got mine from headlightarmor.com. They fit perfectly, no trimming what so ever and no bubbles. Guess just experienced with laying graphics so it was easy for me.
