is anyone else having problems w/ their leather seats? i have only had the car a few months and the leather seems to be flaking/rubbing off. is it because of me sliding my fatass in and out of the car or is their another issue?

i think that i am going to invest in the recaro seats that come with the ss s/c. i am going to see how much extra it would be to get the recaro seats with the warranty replacing the regular leather seats...

 

Very few SS/SCs have the Recaros, it's only available in the Performance (G85) Package. You might have better luck finding them out of a Redline as they started to come standard with them now.

 

do the redline recaros fit in our car, i would imagine the front do what they look totally different in the rear.. anyone know?

 

No clue about the rears, although I'd love to have a set.

He's just talking about replacing the front seats though, so the back shouldn't matter. They don't even make Recaro rears for the Cobalt.
