The base leather seats in my SS looked 5 years old after the 1st week I had the car , dog nails I dont think would be good . They imprint easily ...as in , I think a dogs nails could leave a couple dimples that wouldnt go away . I could be wrong .

My boss has this thing in his 4dr audi.. it's like a big canvas sling that attatches between the front and rear headrests that drapes over the entire backseat.. although I could see this being difficult to impliment in a coupe. I'll try and find it to give you a better idea.

Easy clean-up + less vacuuming? lol

That guy is making tons of money.. all he did was sew some plastic clips on a piece of fabric.. Nice. lol

I suppose in the instance of a 2dr coupe, you could easilly unhook the clip in the front headrest and let your dog hop out pretty easy.

My 30 pound, 5 month old pitbull rode around in the back seats and the front seat of my SS all the time. The most she did was leave a little dust behind, but nothing that couldnt be cleaned easily. Never any damage. Same with the leather in my new Mustang, not a problem at all. But if you're paranoid about it then tuck a blanket between the pads across the back of the whole seat. Problem solved. Also, the doggies like a blanket a lot more than a cold leather seat this time of year.

The day an animal gets in my SS/SC will be the day i die lol. Yeah i don't think the leather would hold up too well.
