Left over neon tube
Hey guys, I just finished wiring up my car with blue neon tubes and LED's. I guess i got one neon tube too many and now i can't think of anywhere to stick it, It's a 3 inch tube btw, and could use a little help.
So far I have neon's under the dash, under the back seats, under the arm rest under the CD face (above the cup holder in that little resecessed area)... then I also had LED's in all 4 cup holders... oh an i also replaced my map lights with blue bulbs :P
Any suggestions would be a great help.

Anyway, thanks for the snide comments and total lack of help, that was awesome. It really reminded me why I hate so called "Car" people.

If you're set on mounting it inside the car, how about on top of the steering column directly in front of the gauges? That would light your gauges up pretty good. Or, if you feel like mounting it somewhere other than the interior, behind the front grille would give you a nice blue glow in there at night.
To the others who seem to have nothing productive to say, **** off. The guy asks for suggestions and all you people have to say is this bullshit? If you don't like it then go pester somebody else and leave the thread to those who actually have something useful to say. It's jerkoffs like you that give car enthusiasts a bad name.

hmmm... maybe keep it for a spare in case one breaks or mount it in the trunk? Sounds like you've got the interior covered pretty well. Looks good IMO (saw pic in gallery).

Here we go again.
If you can't sell it just put it up somewhere. Do not just throw it somewhere because its extra that'll mess up the theme you are trying to go for. So just sell it or keep it put up somewhere.
By the way racing stripes are the same as neons = show

i see more neons (the car) driving around with racing stripes then i do any other vehicle. and they are usually junk. i have never seen another cobalt with them and dont see any increase in their usage since 1995.
