Finally. Thanks for help from Mike @ buyhids for helping with the troubleshooting. ended up beeing where I wanted to ground it the lights didnt agree. Switched grounds. Boom lights work.

The only place ive seen the ones that alternate between white and orange (type 1) instead of completely turning off the white while the turn signal is on (type 2) is 3bspec.com, but they were out of stock last time I checked. I I know vleds.com carries both types in 6000k, but only the Type 2 in 5000k.

yes it is a cf hood that i had the edges of painted blue. Kind of tie the hood into the car rather than look like i just slapped one on. I have a idea for the trunk that i havnt seen done on here yet too
lookin good although i'm not too crazy about the hood. did you use the ground on the screw right under the headlights? that's where i grounded mine. i found that the wires are too short to reach any other screws.
I was able to ground mine on the fender bolt, but I did an epic wire tuck on my relay harness.
