thats why when i do headlights I always use plastidip!!! ive done over 10 sets of blacking out headlights, only a couple retros but using plastidip for more than a year no problems, i screwed mine up and just removed it and went back to stock rather than having to get different housings. works great.

now what kind of heat do the 75w denso's put out, not the ballast itself but bulb temps inside the projector? could they work in FXR's? or only OEM TL sized projectors?
