Yes, but the front holes for the stock spoiler has an additional hole/slot that circles around the bolt hole. The stand on the stock spoiler is wider than the GM one, so, in my case (and probably all sedans with spoiler) the new spoiler was more narrow on the front edge so I could see the the holes from below. Of course, this will cause a major leak, even with the supplied gaskets with the new spoiler. I filled the area, from below, with silicone sealer first, then assembled/fastened everything. As the silicone squeezed out, I wiped it away, at least I knew that it was all sealed up.
