lightest tint/ tinting windshield
lightest tint/ tinting windshield
anyone know what the lightest tint they make is? I'm half considering tinting my front windshield because it gets hot as **** in my car. I would rather not do it so I'm not hassled by 5O but with outside temps hitting 108 already (105 yesterday) it seems like i need it.
Ive already done quite a bit to prevent the heat... tint combo of 20/35 front, 5/35 rear, 5/5/35 back and Damplifier pro, Motormat Pro, Heatwave Pro on the roof to combat heat. The only time my car is half livable is if i always have one of those reflective sunshades but I'm looking for something more permanent

Yea, it sounds like your best bet might be to just stick with those reflective things. Im sure people will bump in saying visibility does not drop that much, but it wouldn't really be a visibility issue as much as a safety thing as well. If you were to get in an accident, regardless of whos fault it was, it would be amazingly easy to blame it on you with the tinted windshield saying that you were not able to see, and they would have a very presentable case.
