Lights

I am looking to change the headlights in my 05 cobalt coupe. I want to try and get the Xenon lights since I like them more then the stock ones. I was looking around ebay for some, and not sure what i need. I see there are some really cheap like $5-$10 and then some like $100+. I was hoping to just do a quick switch of the lights and be done, is that possible? I was looking at these.

well, HID's would be my recommendation, you can get a set for $200 shipped through the vendors on here
if you just want bulbs, get PIAA, they have a great warranty, and look awesome
silverstars look alright, but blow out quick, waste of money

do not put HID in your halogen housings they are not ment for it, and you will blind ppl.. of your serious about HID get the projectors with HID you will save hassle, and not blind oncoming traffic

Thanks everyone! I don't know much about cars but learning! I can't stand the stock headlights. I feel like i need the brights just to see the road. I'm use to driving toyota corollas and they have nice lights. Any recommendations for HIDS?

Im sure Biohazard would gladly give you the rundown on his setup if you PM him...

In case you dont know how, just click his name and send him a private message.

But i assume he bought:
HID: $125 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-06...20641776QQrdZ1
+
Projectors: $167

you'd be able to get slightly whiter bulbs that will appear brighter, but you will not get anything way brighter without going to HID
