Little bubble piece next to windshield defroster vent..

So I think this was how it was when I bought the car, but I just noticed this today.

What part of the dash to I need to take apart to pop this little piece back in..?

It's not broken, its just popped out of place, but I'll have to pop part of the dash off to push it back in place.

Not sure if the defroster part comes off alone, or if I have to take the whole dash off.. Which will suck.

First off, it isn't broken.. It just popped out of place.

Second, I've got 65,000 miles..

I just need to know what part of the dash to take off. I believe the front part pops off alone, but I'm not sure.

The defroster grille should come off by itself. You have to remove both the a-pillar trim pieces first, though.

Thank you! Finally someone knows!

I'll go take off the a-pillars now. What about the airbags? I'm not going to set them off, am I?

Well, just for confirmation.. Take the 2 a-pillars off, and the defroster part of the dash comes right up, now time to figure out how this damn thing goes back in..

Laptop in the car FTW, so I'll let everyone know how it goes in case someone has bad luck like I just did..

yeah the air bad aren't behind the a-pillars, they are above the door opening on top.
