Looking for custom headlights

I'm not sure if this should go in the classifieds, or in this section, but oh well!

I'm looking for someone to make me a set of custom headlights for my car, I just want the interior's painted.. no retrofits or anything like that (unless I can get a really good deal on them).

I want the entire inside to be flat black, including the reflector... EXACTLY like these pictures below.
I know BuyHids.com does them... but their a tad pricey... if anyone can beat their price or knows of another site that does them I am very interested! Thanks!

my black retro fits, cant get the hids to start, its either bulbs, ballast, or ignitor, 360$ shipped
Problem is probably easily fixable I just have one day a week off from work and its hard to juggle working on my car and hanging out with the old lady

The corner lights work fine ( blinking or staying on )
The motors to switch from low beams to high beams work fine ( they are bixenon )
HIDs just wont turn on.
Weather its the bulbs or ballast or ignitor ( im thinking its the ignitor since i had an extra set of ballast i tried and they still wouldnt turn on and there was no fragments in the headlight housing which makes me think its not the bulbs either )
Any of those parts are cheap to get and replace, i just literally dont have the time to trouble shoot it

Thanks though man!
