Visonbulbs took for ******* ever to ship my HIDs and never respoded to the numerous emails I sent them. However, when my HIDs finally came in from them, they worked great and the quailty was very good. If you get HIDs please get projectors. Also, over 6k is a waste IN MY OPINION.

got mine from xenondepot.com , I'd recommend them any time. Seems most of the other car forums use them as well. Either them or retro-solutions.com, but id stay away from visionbulbs.

I think my total cost, including spare lights, was about $320.
When I looked back on it, I could have done a basic retrofit for about $250.

FAIL!

Anything over 6000k is a waste... light output goes down, and it looks goofy.

exactly. And i can give you a pic of mine if you want it. But 6k is usually the best light output and a meeeaannn cutt off line.

But I think retro is the best way to go. I could have did mine for about 350 if i knew how to do it. but i paid my buddy terry to wire me up a second pair.
