Hey guys, just wanted to see waht you thought. I got these yesterday, they cost like $25 and thought it might be a decent touch. I am not totally sold on them, but pretty sure they are completely illegal because they black out everything. Tell me what you think.


They are supposed to be a decal version of the old Mustang Louver Windows.. its not the best pic but from afar they realyl jump out and look 3D

 

is it a cover, or some kind of tint? i think it makes it look like a mustang, i dont know how i feel...

I would like them if they were actually fiberglass louvers. They look awesome on the newer rousch mustangs.

But those seem to be just high dollar stickers to me. Stickers FTL

Maybe I'll look into real ones (anyone know where?)… im getting all the windows tinted and know the first time I get pulled over those are gonna have to be removed

ounce i get some time i might fab up some real louvers and maybe i'll make a mold. just one of the many summer projects i'll be working on.

 

I am on the Roush site right now at work (slow day) i wanna see if they would fit our rear window and then I could paint them to match.

Yea we can be a bit harsh at times but we would rather tell you now with a few people rather than let you drive it around and look dumb in front of a lot of people.

Being a performance 4 cylinder car owner website, we try to avoid anything tha can relate us to riced out imports, such as fake decals and stickers. So don't be suprised if mods like that bring on a flame fest.

But hey its your car, if you like them, then more power to ya.

 

Hey, don’t get me wrong, I have been fighting the rice revolution for years. I drove an 87 Grand Prix when all my friends drove Civic's and that 16ft boat would romp all over those civics. That’s why I don’t go for the Alteza lights or 8 foot spoilers. I thought this added a all right look that’s why I got it. Its was a lot less than getting real louvers but I guess that will be next…

I'm sure you guys will get on me for other things too sooner or later. I have an LT and don’t have the money/not into adding the performance too much so I gotta take it in other directions.

yea, but they were probably ReAL louvres... not a sticker that's supposed to look like a louvre
