I'd really appreciate it!
From one to another . it would probaly be best just to go to a Chevy dealer in your local area and order one. The part # is: Cobalt Radiator Grille Lower 15773841
Try to negotiate at least 15% off list, therefore, the part should cost approx. $120 plus Paul's and Dalton's taxes.

if you go to your gm parts department an ask for part #15773841, it will fit the ss/sc sloppy though, but it looks good and matches the upper grill.

You wouldn't happen to have other views that showed the entire front of the car, to see how well the two grills match? Looks pretty good right there, but want to put in perspective.

Mine fit nice and snug , FWIW - the NA Cobalt SS bumper cover is the exact cover as the supercharged one with the exception of the slits for the lower valance on the SC version .

I'll have my car at work inside cleaning my interior today . I'll take some close up pics of the front end showing both upper and lower grills together .

I went ahead and ordered one from CrateEngineDepot, showed up and put it on a few days ago. Mine fits kinda sloppy, too. Moves around about 1/4 of an inch, I can hear it rattle over bumps.

You can see the gap at the top of the grill. (yes she needs washed, been spending alot of time on the highways lately)

Just a side note, but 1 day after I ordered the grill I hit a white heron (probably stands at least 18" tall), just above the grill opening going about 65 mph. A couple inches lower and it probably would have gone through.

On the top, think he used the bumper fasteners that are already there, and on bottom he drilled some holes and used zip ties.

I'm looking to do the same if I don't like the look of the factory one, but I noticed there is another set of clips on the bottom. I'm gonna use all the factory bumper clips. I'm also gonna spray the edges of the material with rubber under coating to prevent it from scratching the paint. (The metal screen (lathe) is used for stuco walls, look around there to find it.) It cost about $6 US for a 8' x 2.5' sheet.

Snap in? :-( and I spent time measuring tabs, sticking them to car, drilling holes thru tabs, and screwing in my grill...

I forgot about this thread. I made and installed the grill like d_backer1's. I even made a "how to". Check it out if you like.

say on the site it's for the "Cobalt SS". Does this work on both the n/a and the s/c? I have a n/a and the grille got destroyed, and want a new grille.

Also, anyone know if these guys ship to Canada?
