LS Wing on an SS/SC

Put an LS wing on my SS/SC. Didn't care for the flashy wing or the way it vibrates at speed.

Took a while to get the old wing off because of the double sided tape.

what are you trying to do? Be an LS fake?

haha had to say it man. lol but i like the way it looks tho. its had that nice flow to it still and yet low profile look too.

No they weren't mine. Just found a nice semi turn around off the hiway and parked it and shot some pictures. It was a perfect burnout spot.

your car still looks good but SS wing looks better imho . But its your car and it looks great still.

It looks good. I like my high wing enough to keep it, but I do like the sleeper look the lower wing offers.

Looks good. Thinking of changing mine as well. I also like to see out my back window...but mainly I hate waxing the big one too.

LS one looks good, but thinking bout going for one in link below. Easy to wax AND should see out my back window great!

I considered getting that same wing, but I got the LS wing already painted blue from the factory for 15 bux on ebay. I figured what the hell work a shot right?

Getting that wing off the deck lid is an excercise in patients. 4 bolts and about a sq foot of doublesided tape. It takes forever.

i think it looks a whole lot better. a lot of people like to put the evo wing on their ralliarts but i think a lower profile wing looks so much better. plus, if people know what an ss s/c actually looks like, they'll thing you are the n/a ss. if you debadge it, which i see you haven't. but anyways, nice little mod there. SLEEPER!!!!!

I've seen a lot of people who try to fake out their OZ Rally Edition Lancers as Evos. I have no respect for them and tend to at them. The ones I have respect for are the ones that go sleeper. I've seen some pretty good sleeper STi's and some awesome Honda sleepers.

Looks good - I did the same thing to my Silver SS. The SS wing grew on me, but I didn't like how it blocked my view so much.

I think that looks good. I still prefer the SS/SC high-mount aero wing though. Thats what sets the car apart, and gives it character IMO. My only complaint would be the lack of rearward visibility.

I wish they had just put a large lip spoiler on the back, like the one DomesticDemonSS has put on. That wing is a nice compromise between looks and functionality.
