Lightbulb Making a Custom Grille

So I've been trying to figure out a good method and idea on making a custom grille.

Much like PpAzZ1101's here:

I've messaged him, but haven't gotten a response other than he made it. I'd really appreciate any tips/pointers.

nope sure doesn't, goes right there with the garage door seal lip

Yea i made a grill also i made it out of chicken wire and painted it silver, real cheap and looks good i think

i had one of those... looked good the first summer then winter hit... then it was ugly... then winter hit again and then it broke haha

Dang, haha, good find. I guess I thought it was something of good material. Didn't know it was a $3 gutter guard. I guess I'll keep lookin around. I may just go with the later model cobalt SS grilles.

But just curious, has anyone seen any custom grilles that look "legit"?

Well on my hood scoop the grill on it is from a Ferrari looks nice but the problem for u is finding one but chicken wire does look similar u should trie it its cheap, and if u dont like it then take it off
