Map lamps

Hey guys really minor question I got, I bought and led kit a couple weeks back and I've got most installed accept my map lamps, does anyone have any bright ideas how to get them out, cuz my are being little buggers and are held in pretty not to mention its a tight space to begin with and I don't wanna be taking pliers and chancing breaking the bulb so like I said if guys have any good ideas to remove them let me know! Thanks!

I used a very small screwdriver to get into where the bulb plugs in and pryed it out the way. It took me a while of trying to pull it out to realize that it wouldn't work and i need a screwdriver.
