Can some one tell me how the exterior mirrior covers come odd, the part the is color matched to the carrr???? Thank You

they just pop off, i used a flat-head screwdriver when i wanted to replace my flat black set with a color matched set. all you have to do is work your way around the edge and they'll come right off.
