headlights
i painted mine.
had some moisture find its way in.
heres what you do.
take the headlights out of the car.
remove wiring and light bulbs.
bake in oven at 200 degrees for ten min at a time allowing for cool off
the water will evaporate out due to the heat
then buy some permatex black and seal it up.
or if you havent done anything then the headlight should be taken care of under warranty.

I didn't get any moisture in mine after painting them,,, just make sure you seal them up well and be careful when replacing bulbs in the future. You should never get moisture in there again unless the headlight isn't sealed properly in the first place.
But IMHO do not drill holes in your headlights, replacements are not cheap.
