I called AEM directly and they said I need picture proof sent to them. Just so they can send out a replacement decal.

 

and they forgot to give you the tube also.LOL!!!

My 2.4 has the same issue...... Why no bracket GM?

 

Cause that tube is locked in place by the factory air box that sits on the TB, at least thats what I was told.

And the one off of a SC 2.0 does not fit! Its a different size hole in the head, I already tried.

 

If you look under the factory airbox the is nothing there, it sets on top of the tab that holds the factory air box down, but it just floats there.

 

What's more wrong with this picture?
The upside-down logo, or the missing breather tube?

 

Just yank the sticker (see more chrome!) and get some tubing from the local auto parts store, problem solved, and you have a pic now so probably have a sticker soon.Your venting, I get it, its cool.

Sorry about my "feelings" toward the problem. But I wanted and really good looking bay and to have a friggin upside down decal is retarded. Yeah they forgot the hose too. I took care of that at advance. Lol. It gave me the opportunity to walk in to advance and say "I need some hose" (hoes).

I know whats wrong. You have SAI and it's screwing with your ability to properly modify your car. Damn SAI.

 

Man be happy they asnwer the phone. I think they are a good company, they treated me right. I got the wrong size filter in a CAI kit and called them right up. I got the replacement a couple weeks later.

Maybe they can improve on QC.

 

Dont be mad, my injen parts are the same, I have the cup thingy over it, and its on unspide down it looks stupid as hell, I wont argue with em cause I dont care to much, but your situation is very funny, in a TBS funny I say about mild.
